Failure to comply with the following rules will result in immediate termination of lease and a 3 day to vacate notice. This will include a forfeiture the security deposit, as well.
Absolutely no smoking or flames of any kind.
2. No drinking in any of the common areas (hallways, bathrooms, etc.), outside of the buildings or in the parking lot.
3. No sleeping or living in the studios. Period.
4. No space heaters, hot plates, AC units or any kind of high usage appliances.
