BIJOU
Officially open as of March 1st 2025, our newest location contains 57 new studios for artists and creators of all types. This building will accommodate artists, not bands, to maintain a more quiet environment. Access is still 24/7 and this property is massive, coming in at twenty thousand square feet. We have plans to continue improving the building for artists. Some of these possible improvements include: a kiln room, workspace for light construction with tools available for use, and a spray area for oil base paint. We are very excited to see what this building will grow into over the next few months.
CHELTON
Chelton, our original property, began with just over 20 rooms. Currently all 16000 square feet have been converted to music studio space, now boasting 57 rooms. Rooms range from our smallest studio rental at 100 square feet to our largest at 650 square feet. In the past, this building housed the Flux Capacitor DIY venue through its infamous years of existence. We are approaching our 16th year operating this location.
CIRCLE
Circle was opened during the pandemic shut down, as we quickly discovered people needed affordable creative space with AC and wifi! The property is two levels and physically he newest property we offer. 33 rooms are divided by a main hallway and an upstairs and downstairs. Its physical location is great too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, convenience stores, a grocery store and one of the biggest liquor stores in Colorado Springs.
PLATTE
Platte, the most unique of our properties, has recently been remodeled and is definitely a favorite of our customers. Street side houses What's Left Records and Shutter and Strum Gallery. Both businesses are a huge part of the local community. Parking lot side gives access to another seventeen band practice spaces. The east and west walls are fully covered by murals by local artists. This building is located in walking distance of The Black Sheep and Vultures venues, which are just across the street. Both the record store and gallery host events and provide a place for local, regional and touring bands to perform.
PLATTE PLACE
Platte Place is our most distinctive property for music studio rentals. Rather than one main building containing a multitude of rooms, this building is broken up into individual suites. Most house 8-10 private rooms, holding a total of 33 studios. This building is centrally located in the Knob Hill Arts District and offers the entire south facing exterior wall to local mural artists to perfect their style and craft. New murals go up often and are always amazing!
