WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO
L W Blanton Studios is a small family business that has operated in Colorado Springs for the past 15 years. We cater to creators in providing them with safe and secure creative work space. We began with one location housing 20 rooms for musicians and now have expanded to over 160 rooms and 5 locations, all in the heart of the Knob Hill Arts District. Our newest location will be all artist space and a more quiet environment than the band practice studios. We schedule showings and handle correspondence weekdays 8-5. Outside of that we only communicate if it's an emergency.
ABOUT OUR STUDIOS
We price all of our spaces by the square foot. All of our rooms are climate controlled. Utilities and WIFi are included in the flat rent rates. Our leases are month to month and automatically renews unless 30 days notice is provided. We have everything from a 10x10 from $150 to a 20x20 for $600. INFO FOR OUR TENANTS
We always take care of existing tenants first. If we know you need a bigger or smaller space or a new location, we offer availability to you first. We also lock in rental rates. Even though the leases are month to month, we make it a practice to never increase rent on existing tenants. We adjust prices as needed when the room turns over.
